Ceramic Coaster Workshop

Create your own set of four handmade ceramic coasters in this fun, beginner-friendly pottery workshop!

You'll start with clay and learn how to create your coasters by hand, then use our collection of stamps and textures to press designs directly into the clay. Once your designs are stamped, you'll bring them to life with underglazes, adding color and hand-painted details to make each piece completely your own.

Create a matching set, mix and match your designs, add lettering, or experiment with different patterns and colors. No pottery or painting experience necessary — we'll guide you through the entire process!

Once you're finished, we'll glaze each coaster with a clear, high-gloss finish and fire them in our kiln.

Drinks are welcome and BYOB is encouraged! Food is not permitted during public workshops.

After Your Workshop

Finished coasters will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–6 weeks. We'll send you a text message as soon as your pieces are ready for pickup.

If you're picking up for a group, please make sure each person's pieces are ready before coming in.

Shipping is available for an additional charge.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

• 24+ hours notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the workshop will receive a full class credit, which may be used toward a future workshop or Lovelight products.

• Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop will receive a 50% class credit.

• Within 8 hours: Cancellations made within 8 hours of the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.

• Rescheduling: Reservations may be rescheduled one time only. Any additional rescheduling will require the purchase of a new workshop reservation.

Workshop Policies

• • Food is not permitted during public workshops. Drinks are welcome — BYOB!

  • Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be able to participate.

  • Finished pieces must be picked up within 4 months of your workshop date. Pieces left beyond this window may be donated.

  • Ceramics is a handmade process, and slight variations and imperfections can occur during drying, glazing, and firing. These are a natural part of working with clay and make each piece unique.
