Workshop Policies

Food & Drinks

• Food is not permitted in public workshops. Drinks are welcome.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate in the class.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All workshops are non-refundable.

• 24+ hours notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the class will receive a full class credit, which may be used toward future workshops or to purchase any Lovelight products.

• Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will receive a 50% class credit.

• Within 8 hours: Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class will not receive a refund or credit.

• Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule one time only. Any additional rescheduling will require the purchase of a new class ticket.

Student Work Pickup

We kindly ask that all student work be picked up within 4 months of your class date.

As much as we wish we could hold onto every piece forever, our studio has limited space. Any work that isn't collected within this timeframe will be lovingly donated.

Private Classes

• Private classes hosted after 7:30 PM will incur a $100 late fee.
