Food is not permitted in public workshops. Drinks are welcome.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will not be allowed to participate in the class.

Refunds & Cancellations

Non-Refundable: All workshops are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, you will receive a gift card for the full class amount, which can be applied toward future workshops or used to purchase any of our products—unless the cancellation occurs within the restricted window.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class will result in no refund or credit.
Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your class one time only. A second reschedule will require the purchase of a new class ticket.

Private Classes

Private classes hosted after 7:30 PM will incur a $100 late fee.
