What is your order process?
As soon as you have completed your payment process and we receive your order, we will send out a confirmation email to you (the email address you provided), this just means we have received your order in our system and we've pre-authorized your payment method ready for your purchase. When the product(s) are ready to be shipped out, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. Please contact us for further assistance.
Order Processing
Please allow 0-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our orders are free of shipping costs above 175 USD.
For orders under $175, the shipping charge is $7

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability.
Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer shall bear all costs associated with the reshipping of the order if a shipment is returned to us because the customer supplied inaccurate shipping information.
