Pinch Pot Mug Workshop

Create your own one-of-a-kind ceramic mug in this fun, beginner-friendly pottery class! You'll learn how to build a mug completely by hand using the pinch pot technique, then design and attach your own handle.

Keep it simple and organic or make it completely your own with textures, stamps, and hand-painted details. Once your mug is finished, you'll select a glaze from our studio glaze library and we'll take care of glazing and firing it for you.

No pottery experience necessary — we'll guide you through the entire process!

Finished mugs will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–6 weeks. We'll send you a text message as soon as your piece is ready for pickup. If you are picking up for a group, please make sure each person's piece is ready before coming in!

Workshop Policies

• Food is not permitted during public workshops. Drinks are welcome — BYOB!

• Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be able to participate in the workshop.

• Finished pieces must be picked up within 4 months of your workshop date. Pieces left beyond this window may be donated.

• Ceramics is a handmade process, and slight variations and imperfections can occur during drying, glazing, and firing. These are a natural part of working with clay and make each piece unique.

Cancellation Policy

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your workshop are eligible for a full studio credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your workshop are eligible for a 50% studio credit.

• Cancellations made within 8 hours of the workshop and no-shows are not eligible for studio credit.

• Workshop reservations may be rescheduled one time.
